We are happy to work with you to determine which services and processes can be outsourced to us in a sensible and cost-effective manner, and in which technical environment. Of course, we consider the possibility of later retransferring the business to your company from the outset. This is the only way to build a trusting customer relationship.
Development – scheduling – marketing and management of your specific qualification portfolio
We work with you to develop content tailored to your needs and target group, compile the seminar offerings, assist with scheduling, create a seminar calendar, and maintain your training offerings on the intranet. We reach specific participant groups via seminar announcements and information brochures by email or mail.
Logistics – Organization and implementation of seminars
Complete seminar logistics is our daily business: utilizing company-owned training rooms, commissioning external training centers, booking seminar rooms or event hotels, ordering equipment and technical infrastructure, designing and organizing evening events, catering, and developing or purchasing seminar materials. The administration and management of the registration process and training history are carried out according to your competency guidelines. We handle data storage, data backup, and documentation according to your specifications and, if desired, via your IT infrastructure.
Customer service
Participant support is the heart of our service. We are available to your staff – for example, via a dedicated telephone hotline. We provide advice, process registrations, rebookings, reservations, and cancellations. We assemble participant groups based on profiles, handle hotel bookings, and take care of directions, invitations, and certificates.
Evaluation – Evaluation and Reporting
Our seminar follow-up always includes creating training histories and evaluating feedback forms. If required, we also conduct tests and learning objective assessments on your behalf using the appropriate tools. We tailor the type of evaluation and reporting for your events to your needs.
Cost management – budget monitoring and billing
We have many years of experience in costing events and projects. Upon request, we monitor budgets, process orders and invoices on your behalf, and support billing and invoicing processes.

Technical implementation
The technical implementation depends on your requirements and the tools you use. We are happy to integrate your existing IT systems for seminar management, HR, or business applications, for example, via a Citrix connection to your technical infrastructure.
