We employ qualified full-time staff in management, teaching and administration, as well as qualified full-time and part-time teachers. Full-time and part-time staff receive ongoing professional and pedagogical training.

The type and equipment of the training rooms meet modern adult education and professional criteria and are adapted to the target groups. The learning and social rooms used and the sanitary facilities meet the requirements of the Workplace Ordinance.

Our course offerings are transparent with regard to: objectives, participation requirements, conditions of participation, qualification, duration, location, price, number of teaching hours, methods used, examination modalities, terms and conditions.

We grant the option to withdraw within a reasonable period of time and to terminate the contract for good cause.

We create meaningful certificates of participation, which contain at least the name of the organization, the title and goal of the event, as well as the content, time period and, if applicable, the number of teaching hours or days.

Our cost rates correspond to the principles of efficiency and economy.
