Das 3-Phasen-Lernmodell
Fokus aller Qualifizierungs-Lösungen von PROKODA ist, den Anwender und IT-Spezialisten zu sicherem und selbstständigem Handeln im Umgang mit der Technik zu befähigen. Handlungs-, arbeitsaufgaben- und prozessorientertes Lernen bildet die methodisch-didaktische Grundlage. Handlungsorientierung führt zu einer hohen Eigenaktivität der Lerner. Mitmachen und Mitdenken steigert den Lernerfolg nachhaltig und motiviert zu selbstständigem Weiterlernen im Umgang mit einer neuen Software.

Phase 1:
Wir veranschaulichen Software-Funktionen durch praxisnahe Beispielaufgaben, klärende Visualisierungen etc.
Phase 2:
Wir vermitteln den Anwendern beispielübergreifendes Wissen, damit sie für ihren Arbeitsalltag gerüstet sind. Die Teilnehmer lernen, wie die Software grundsätzlich funktioniert. Dieses Wissen ist in unseren Schulungsunterlagen dokumentiert.
Phase 3:
Wir nehmen Lernerfolgskontrollen ernst, weil sie Dozenten und Lernern eine wichtige Rückkopplung über den Lernerfolg geben. Ein von den Teilnehmern überprüfter Lernerfolg steigert ihre Motivation und Konzentration. Action-, work-task- and process-oriented learning forms the methodological and didactic basis . Action orientation leads to a high level of self-activity on the part of the learners. Participation and thinking for oneself increases learning success in the long term and motivates people to continue learning independently when dealing with new software.
Phase 1:
We illustrate software functions through practical example tasks, clarifying visualizations, etc.
Phase 2:
We provide users with cross-example knowledge so that they are prepared for their everyday work. Participants learn how the software basically works. This knowledge is documented in our training materials.
Phase 3:
We take learning success assessments seriously because they provide lecturers and learners with important feedback on learning success. Learning success that is checked by participants increases their motivation and concentration. For the lecturer, learning success assessments provide the necessary clues for meaningful differentiation in lessons.
