In this five‑day Certified Agile Coach (SERVIEW) program, you will develop comprehensive coaching skills for agile teams and organizations. The training is divided into two modules and combines solid theoretical foundations with practical exercises, simulations, and realistic scenarios.
You will gain a deep understanding of facilitation, conflict resolution, transformation processes, and agile coaching at the individual, team, and organizational level. Both modules conclude with an official ICO certification exam.
A valid certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Foundation, or SAFe® 5 Agilist) is required for participation. The training builds on existing knowledge and does not repeat basic concepts.
