Introduction to Accessible Documents & Accessible PDFs according to PDF/UA

Accessible documents are no longer optional—they are mandatory under the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). Companies, authorities, and organizations must ensure that documents are accessible to everyone—from creation to publication as a PDF.

This 4-day compact course combines two proven seminars:

  • Introduction to Accessible Documents
  • Accessible PDFs with Acrobat Pro, Tungsten (formerly Kofax), Editor Advanced or Foxit Editor Pro

It provides a comprehensive, practical workflow—from creating accessible documents in Microsoft Word to PDF/UA-compliant checking and error correction. Participants will not only learn individual tools but also understand connections, standards, and best practices to implement accessible documents consistently and legally.
