This two-day intensive course builds on the technical understanding of the knowledge acquired in the CTDC® (Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant) certification. You will develop the skills and knowledge to conduct an internal audit program by applying generally accepted audit principles, procedures, and techniques consistent with the ISO 19011 audit standard. Furthermore, you will optimally prepare the data center for the next external audit.
The target group for CTIA® certification
The course is primarily aimed at quality assurance managers and quality directors, business and risk management managers, technical experts, project managers and consultants, internal auditors, compliance officers, and anyone involved in ANSI/TIA-942 compliance certification projects.
What you can expect from the CTIA® exam
The 60-minute closed-book certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions . You pass the exam if you provide at least 32 correct answers. Successful candidates will receive the official "Certified TIA-942 Internal Auditor" (CTIA®) certificate.
Like all certificates in the EPI Data Centre Training Framework®, the CTIA certificate is valid for three years. After that, recertification is required. See the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

The 90-minute closed-book certification exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions . If you answer 50 or more questions correctly, you pass the exam and receive the official "Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant (CTDC®)" certificate.
